GrafXflüt is an ideal alternative to solid fiber, carton board and thicker corrugated materials such as F and E flutes. Applications are endless, however, the award-winning substrate is ideal for high-end graphics printing for packaging and point-of-purchase displays.

GrafXflüt is a thinner, stronger packaging material that enhances graphics and reduces costs associated with fiber usage, weight, secondary processes and labor. Offset printing on GrafXflüt offers an ultra-smooth surface to enhance vibrant colors and clarity. Unlike competitive materials, GrafXflüt can be hot stamped and multi-level embossed.

GrafXflüt can dramatically reduce fiber usage and other costs when it replaces solid fiber applications and at the same time, it improves the appearance and strength of the package. With the capability to produce sheets at less than 40 thousandths of an inch in caliper, GrafXflüt runs more efficiently than F- and E- Flute through offset printing equipment. It has a remarkably smooth printing surface because it has a greater number of flutes per lineal foot compared to F- and E-Flute.
